NEW SITE Unveiling Event :: C.H. Mason Health Clinic + Outreach
The C.H. Mason Health Clinic and Outreach Community Health Centers are excited to announce our new partnership, and you're invited to the new site unveiling. Come tour the clinic, meet our dedicated Family Medicine and Behavioral Health team while enjoying food, fun, and fellowship.
The C.H. Mason Health Clinic is proud to announce its partnership with Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC) to enhance access to comprehensive health services in our local communities. Through this collaboration, OCHC will provide essential support and guidance to C.H. Mason Health Clinic, helping to address health disparities and better serve uninsured and underinsured individuals.
OCHC will provide general oversight to C.H. Mason Health Clinic, supporting the needs while addressing health disparities affecting at-risk uninsured and underinsured populations. Behavioral Health services will include screening, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, provided in-person or via telehealth by licensed professionals.
The C.H. Mason Health Clinic + Outreach clinical space is comprised of 3 medical exams rooms and a dedicated behavioral health office. Six Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners are ready treat new patients.

PARTNER EVENT: City of Hope Cancer Center is hosting an educational & networking event on Thursday, April 10, 2025 to discuss updates in CANCER PREVENTION AND SCREENINGS.
Join our partner, City of Hope Cancer Center in a panel with providers discussing updates in screenings for LUNG CANCER, BREAST CANCER & COLON CANCER followed be a casual Q&A session. Wisconsin is experiencing an increase in Oncology number and uncertainty in guidelines. This is a great event for Clinical Teams to become familiar with the latest updates. Car Seat Safety Check
:: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ::
Car seat check appointments provide an opportunity for a parent or caregiver to bring their car seat along with their vehicle to meet with a car seat technician who will review installation, use, and if necessary, guide the caregiver through any needed corrections.
During these appointments, the technician will provide education, answer any questions the caregiver may have, discuss next steps for the child such as when to move to the next type of seat, and make sure the caregiver feels comfortable installing their car seat independently. The technician and caregiver will ensure that the correct seat is being used for the child’s weight, height, and age. Car seat checks will be scheduled by appointment, available the first Thursday of each month (unless it’s a holiday or Outreach is closed). Appointments are 30 minutes in duration.
Appointments are 30 minutes – reserve what time works best for you.

PARTNER EVENT: Care for the Cancer Caregiver 2025
Caregivers do tough and meaningful work.
This event will bring together caregivers and expert presenters to share their stories and knowledge.
Presentation topics will focus on:
● Navigating through the cost of cancer
● Maintaining your own health
● Connecting with community support & resources
● Importantly, there will be an opportunity to experience rejuvenation, meet with others who understand your journey, and discover new ways to care for yourself or loved ones.
Exhibitors will provide a wealth of resource materials. Lunch is complimentary.

Reach Out & Read | 300th Location at Outreach
We are thrilled to celebrate Outreach becoming the 300th participant in the Reach Out and Read program. This event will emphasize the crucial role of introducing reading to children from infancy to foster early childhood development and strengthen relationships.
Reach Out and Read is a national initiative dedicated to training healthcare providers to integrate books into well-child visits, promoting a lifelong love of learning.

Dine with Docs 2025
To raise funds for our Mobile Health Care Unit, your favorite doctors will be flipping shrimp and creating volcanoes at Benihanas in Milwaukee on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Our event will be hosted from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Physicians will be judged on style and presentation of their savory bites.
Guests will enjoy a six-course meal served of onion soup, salad, Hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, chicken fried rice, steak, chicken, and shrimp.
As a gift, each guest will receive a cookbook of recipes from our featured physicians.
