Step Up Divas
Step Up Divas, a postmenopausal support group geared towards fitness and wellness. Our group’s monthly meetings focus on topics ranging from nutrition in menopause to improving your self-care. Members will be able to participate in group fitness activities. Participants who come to two sessions are eligible for a FitBit.

Cub Club
Welcome to the Cub Club! We are a support group for pregnant women and mothers who have delivered in the last year. Participants will receive a pregnancy care package. Food will be provided! Little ones are welcome.

Art Therapy Health Services
This 8-week art therapy group aims to support adults in expressing themselves through the creative process, where words may not be available or enough, and not the finished product. All artistic levels are encouraged.
