Podiatry :: Primary Care

Outreach Community Health Centers provides high-quality podiatry care, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting the feet and lower legs. With the feet being complex structures of bones, tendons, and ligaments, proper foot care is essential for maintaining mobility and overall health. This is especially critical for individuals with diabetes, as serious complications that threaten toes, feet, and legs can be prevented with proper care.

Our podiatry services include initial evaluations, routine monthly foot care, management of mycotic infections, casting, medication prescriptions, inflammation control injections, and podiatric surgery. By offering comprehensive foot care, we help patients maintain their health and quality of life.

Primary Care & Screenings

We carefully check for skin and nail issues such as poor circulation, warts, fungal infections, discoloration, corns, bunions, and blisters. Gait and structural problems are assessed by observing how patients stand and walk, while athlete’s foot is diagnosed through a visual exam or by taking a sample for treatment.
